Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

You may return any product ordered through this website within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions. This applies whether the order was purchased by you or received as a gift.

Return Shipping Fees

You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an item, including all duties and taxes. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these standards.

Return Condition

Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, and a Return Authorization from Monserrate Capital is required. Please include the original receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip with your return, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.

Gifts

For items received as gifts from this website, you are only eligible for an exchange and not a refund of the purchase price.

Exchanges

· If the replacement item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the price difference.

· If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be issued as a gift card.

Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping costs to return the original items. Monserrate Capital will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items. Exchanges will be processed only after the original items have been received in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

If you request a refund, Monserrate Capital will make reasonable efforts to process it within five (5) business days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be credited to your charge or credit card and will only be issued after the goods have been received.

Monserrate Capital reserves the right to determine if returned products are in their original condition upon receipt.

Liability Monserrate Capital is not responsible for any items lost, misdirected, or delivered late during the return process.

Store Purchases We do not offer exchanges or refunds for goods purchased in the Monserrate Capital store via this

website. No refunds will be issued for any goods bought on this website, and it is not possible to credit your charge or credit card under any circumstances.
